Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a School Psychologist to assess and support students' psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, review results with families and district staff, and collaborate on evidence-based interventions to help students succeed.

As part of the role, you’ll provide therapy under IEPs, monitor progress with data, and participate in ARD meetings, ensuring comprehensive support for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
