Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in a school-based setting across the northwest DFW area, including Lake Worth, Fort Worth, Saginaw, Azle and White Settlement. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals.

Requirements include a Master’s in OT, active TABOT license, CPR certification, and bilingual skills preferred. Compensation starts at $50/hour with flexible full-time/part-time options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist license (TABOT).
• CPR certification required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ needs and determine eligibility for services.
• Communicate evaluation findings to parents and educators with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IEP team to develop evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise COTAs to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and MDT discussions to advocate for students.
