Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher).
• Current Texas OT license; NBCOT certification preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and ADA in educational settings.
• Develop and implement IEP goals with ARD/IEP team.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services in school settings to support academic success and independence.
• Evaluate students' needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure accessibility to education.
• Deliver services in individual, small group, and classroom-based formats.
