Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based contract near Fort Worth, TX. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to roughly 4:30 p.m., ASAP through June 30, 2027, serving a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple campuses.

You will deliver OT services, develop IEP goals, prepare documentation, attend ARD meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student progress and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Texas.
• Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct OT therapy and consultation to K-12 students across campuses.
• Assess student needs and develop IEP goals.
• Prepare and maintain IEP paperwork and documentation.
• Attend ARD meetings and provide insights on student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize progress.
• Adapt therapy techniques to support achievement and engagement.
