KIPP Capital Region Public Schools in Albany and Troy, NY seeks an Operations Coordinator to support daily school operations, events, and facilities. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on logistics, attendance, and family communications to ensure smooth campus function.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and at least one year working with students, plus experience with office procedures and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with students.
• Experience with proper office procedures and confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule outside regular hours.
• Inclusive environment experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support to the Director of Operations for school activities.
• Be the first responder to teacher calls for support in the classroom.
• Plan and execute school events and fundraisers.
• Coordinate purchasing and distribution of materials per directives.
• Assist in attendance procedures and ADA improvement efforts.
