Job summary

Beadle Middle School in Omaha, NE is hiring a Kitchen Production Lead for a 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday shift for the 2026-2027 school year. The role oversees daily food preparation, training, and staff coordination within the school food service program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State certificate in school food service management recommended; ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of employement.
• Experience in food handling service required; local sanitation courses recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food preparation and lead food service staff; provide orientation and training.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly food service reports and paperwork.
• Manage food/supply orders and conduct periodic inventory; submit orders.
• Serve prepared food to students and ensure quality, service, and satisfaction.
