Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker to provide school-based and in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Howard County, MD, in partnership with the Howard County Public Schools.

You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy in clients' homes or schools, complete assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans while ensuring regulatory compliance. Evening availability two times weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• MD licensure requirement or eligible for Maryland licensure as a counselor or social worker
• School-based and in-home therapy experience desired
• Evening availability two times a week to accommodate clients' schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in homes, schools, or other locations
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Develop and update treatment plans with team, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Complete documentation and coordinate care
• Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings
• Collaborate with school staff and community providers
