Job summary

Sheppard Pratt in Westminster, MD is seeking a part-time Psychotherapist/Therapist for the Outpatient Mental Health Center. The role involves interdisciplinary teamwork providing diagnostic assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and coordination of referrals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Maryland as the:
• LCSW-C
• LMSW
• LGPC
• LCPC

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills.
• Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.
