Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker to provide school-based and in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and families in Montgomery County, MD, in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools.

Qualifications

• Provides behavioral and mental health support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients' homes, schools, or other locations.
• Conducts assessments to evaluate clients’ functional levels and develops treatment plans.
• Develops and updates treatment plans in collaboration with team and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Completes thorough documentation and reports to ensure regulatory standards and coordinates care.
• Availability for evening work two times a week to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evening work 2 times a week to accommodate clients’ schedules and provide flexible, accessible care.
• Collaborate with school staff and other community providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
