Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree preferred.
• Five years experience in primary health care with pediatric focus; school nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying and reporting environmental health and safety hazards.
• Maintains and reviews student health records and immunization documentation.
• Administers medications per physician order and parent authorization.
• Provides health counseling to students and communicates with families.
• Collaborates with teachers and community health resources.
