Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a School-Based Therapist in Frenchburg, KY to deliver mental health services to students within a 10-month contract.

You will manage a caseload, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with school goals. The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing with licensure or pursuing licensure; Psychiatric Mental Health accreditation is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (licensure or working toward licensure required).
• Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation preferred but not required.
• Must comply with supervision requirements of licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure accurate, up-to-date records (diagnostic screening, health, bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plan reviews, termination summaries).
• Participate in scheduled staffings, case conferences, and consultations as needed.
• Perform all other duties as outlined in the current job description.
