Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (licensure or working toward licensure required)
• Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation preferred, but not required
• Must comply with supervision requirements of licensing board

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure up-to-date records (diagnostic, health, bio-psychosocial assessments)
• Develop, review and update Treatment and Service Plans
• Participate in staffing, case conferences, and consultations; perform duties per job description
