Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Appropriate licensure or licensure in progress (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Registered Nurses may be considered if they possess Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification.
• Employees must comply with supervision and continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload of students/consumers and provide appropriate therapeutic services.
• Complete and maintain accurate, current, and confidential clinical records.
• Complete required assessments and documentation, including: Diagnostic Screening Assessment, Initial and annual Health Assessments, Bio-Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Treatment/Service Plan Reviews, Continuing Care documentation, Termination Summaries.
• Participate in staffings, case conferences, and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, agency staff, and other service providers as appropriate.
• Provide services in accordance with applicable professional standards, agency policies, and licensing requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined in the current job description.
