Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Salem, OR area. This in-person, full-time role serves Early Intervention Birth-3 across sites, with potential travel between locations.

You will assess students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support carrying over skills, while maintaining documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
