Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person, contract role near Cleveland, Ohio. The position serves Pre-K through 12th grade students across multiple school sites, starting as soon as possible and extending through June 1, 2027.

Qualifications

Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or credential in Ohio.
Prior experience working in school-based settings.
Comfort supporting students with a range of disabilities from early childhood through high school.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct and group speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload.
Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Monitor progress and maintain precise, compliant documentation.
Participate actively in IEP meetings and student goal development.
Engage and communicate effectively with teachers, families, and other educational professionals.
