Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to serve students in a school-based setting near Watertown, CT. This full-time contract starts immediately and extends through the 2026-2027 school year, with part-time options considered.

You will assess, develop IEPs with a multidisciplinary team, and provide direct therapy to help students reach communication goals, while documenting progress and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP credential required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals; participate in IEP meetings and conferences.
