Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates the district's OT program.
• Screens, evaluates, and monitors students for therapy needs.
• Collaborates with staff to align student goals and outcomes.
• Documents services in compliance with policies and laws.
• Plans and conducts continuing education for staff.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Assesses need for assistive technology/equipment.
• Prepares Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Keeps current with seminars and professional development.
