Thrive Behavioral Health, LLC. is actively hiring an Early Intervention Therapist for the Cecil County Public Schools program in Bel Air, MD.

The role involves a 40-hour work week, year-round, with an emphasis on providing behavioral support within school clusters and students' homes. Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted Maryland license (LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, etc.), can handle a caseload of up to seven clients, and collaborate closely with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland licenses such as LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, LGDAC, LGPAT, LGMFT.
• Ability to work in school-based and home settings with behavior support.
• Familiarity with multiple intervention types and DSM-5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of Early Intervention students.
• Attend meetings with Early Intervention team and program development activities.
• Provide behavioral support in school and home to reduce challenging behaviors.
