Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school-based position in Bethany, OK for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work under a licensed OT, delivering services to elementary through high school students, with a manageable caseload and guaranteed hours.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and therapists, documentation, and participation in IEPs/comprehensive planning. On-site, school-based setting with district support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited OT assistant program.
• Current NBCOT certification required.
• Active or eligible for Oklahoma OT assistant licensure.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually and in groups.
• Implement treatment plans and IEP goals with supervising OT.
• Support fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care and school skills.
• Document progress and participate in IEP/team meetings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
