Job summary

Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking a Scheduling Care Coordinator to manage client and family experiences, coordinating shifts, services, and resources for exceptional in-home care. You will work closely with care professionals, clients, and families to ensure safe, meaningful care delivery and optimal scheduling outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing client care plans, mentoring caregivers, onboarding new clients, and continuously monitoring progress with a focus on communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• Experience in home care administration, scheduling, or care coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shifts, services, and resources for a seamless home care experience.
• Develop and maintain client care plans and caregiver scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and facilitate communication between caregivers, clients, and families.
• Address scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance and training on scheduling protocols as needed.
