Job summary

Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking a Scheduling Care Coordinator to coordinate and schedule shifts, services, and resources for in-home care, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and families.

This role requires experience scheduling 1,500+ hours per week, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Paid training and a competitive salary with bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in home care administration, scheduling, or care coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shifts, services and resources to ensure a seamless home care experience.
• Receive and manage shift requests from clients and families.
• Use homecare software to assign shifts based on availability and client preferences.
• Develop and maintain client care plans and caregiver scheduling.
• Mentor caregivers and support care delivery.
• Interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, meaningful care is provided.
• Maintain records of client information, shifts and care plans.
• Address scheduling conflicts and changes promptly and efficiently.
• Participate in onboarding and training as needed.
