• Excellent communication both verbal and written; able to prepare clear reports and documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload.
• Two years of experience with vulnerable populations preferred; driving required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals with Montgomery County agencies and housing locators.
• Assist clients with housing search, applications, and leasing processes.
• Provide short-term case management to promote housing stability and budgeting skills.
• Document client interactions in HMIS and maintain case records.
• Refer clients to supportive services (mental health, legal, medical, education, employment).
