Mercy is seeking an RN to provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process, while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate care with other departments and ensure alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

The role emphasizes professional accountability, collaboration, and adherence to Mercy values as the organization grows through innovation and compassionate care.

Formación

• Education: RN education from an approved nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM may be required depending on unit.
• Other: Additional unit-specific certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure continuity and safety.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information in accordance with Mercy standards.
• Contribute to Mercy mission, values, and service standards in daily practice.
