Job summary

Banner Health's Desert Ridge Gastro Clinic in Scottsdale seeks an experienced registered nurse for full-time day shift. The role provides direct patient care, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team as the new Banner Health Center opens in early 2027.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with training at another clinic before relocation to Hayden Rd. This position supports Banner Medical Group's mission to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care in a growing

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license; BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning.
• Develop and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
