Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and related state requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized cancer care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.
