Qualifications

• Must have RN degree from an accredited college and at least 1 year of MDS experience in a LTC facility.
• Experience conducting federally mandated assessments and using RAI data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct federally mandated assessments of residents using RAI.
• Collect data and compile thorough reports for use in care planning.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans with social services, dieticians, rehab, and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements and ethical standards.
• Act as primary liaison between insurance professionals and facility management.
