Qualifications

• RN license in MA.
• Minimum 2 years LTC experience (preferred).
• Clinical/geriatrics education or skills desired.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and LTC regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of PPS assessment and OBRA compliance.
• Self-starter with high attention to accuracy and time management.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Minimum 1 year of MDS/MMQ coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDS/Nursing assessment processes.
• Ensure PPS and OBRA compliance.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accuracy and timely documentation.
• Make independent decisions with limited supervision.
