Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to ensure policies, operations, and workflows align with partners’ needs. You will manage workflows affecting cross-functional teams to identify regulatory and partner risk, while advising operational teams on scalable processes for compliance with SLAs and risk mitigation.

The role requires deep risk expertise and a proactive mindset to optimize due diligence and partner risk workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or operations in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience scaling operational processes and driving quantifiable improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally on complex problems.
• Ability to use data to quantify problems, tell a story, and influence a solution.
• The ability and desire to challenge the status quo.
• Creative thinker who considers problems from a customer perspective while being pragmatic and solutions-oriented when solving them.
• Experience analyzing feedback patterns and using those insights to drive process and tooling improvements.
• You have a lot of ownership, are accountable, and drive towards ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merchants from startups to established institutions by assessing suitability to process on the company.
• Adhere closely to process while suggesting improvements and following up on implementations.
• Communicate effectively with company employees, users, and financial partners.
• Identify trends and report to cross-functional teams to enhance detection systems.
• Contribute to projects to enhance due diligence strategy systems and tools.
• Help build and scale processes across the risk operations ecosystem.
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to mitigate emerging risks with stakeholders.
