Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business Management.
• Three to five years in risk management, insurance, safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Advanced safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs for risk management or compliance processes and policy development.
• Research curriculum or processes and stay up-to-date on developments.
• Develop policy and procedural materials for training.
• Create and maintain risk management documents for employees, the public, and contractors.
• Coordinate and track risk management training for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate contracts with outside vendors providing risk services.
• Plan and design training materials, surveys and forms.
• Support the Risk Manager on program projects and budgets.
• Maintain confidential correspondence and reports.
• Administer the tracking system for mandatory training.
