Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Princeton, KY is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary care. The role requires clinical competency and the ability to work under supervision, with direct oversight by the Cardiopulmonary Services Manager.

The successful candidate will supervise students, participate in departmental activities, maintain patient confidentiality, and stay current with NBRC/KY Licensure requirements and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program and hold RRT or be eligible.
• Current valid KY license to practice; BLS required; ACLS within 12 months.
• Experience in respiratory care and ability to supervise students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete cardiopulmonary procedures and adjust processes for optimal patient care.
• Maintain competency and perform arterial punctures (radial, brachial, femoral).
• Comply with policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Compile statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Communicate across departments to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in hospital committees.
• Protect patient confidentiality and perform duties with independent judgment when needed.
• Complete NBRC/KY licensure CEUs and pursue ongoing education.
