Job summary

HOME OF HOPE, INC. is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage community supports and residential programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and client-centered care.

The role coordinates appointments, training, and community integration for individuals supported, while supervising staff and managing budgets. Ideal candidates will have four years of college coursework or equivalent experience in disability services, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with DDSD/DHS policies.

Qualifications

• Four years of college coursework or full-time equivalent experience in serving persons with disabilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with DDSD/DHS policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Experience in Residential Support Services preferred.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Experience in accounting, auditing, and budgeting.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation.
