Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations in residential settings for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise Direct Support staff, coordinate medical appointments, and ensure care plans are followed while maintaining budgets and quality standards.

Travel across the Tri-County area is required, with after-hours emergencies and weekend support as needed. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; an associates degree is preferred.
• Two years of experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; personable and energetic.
• Knowledge of community resources and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness to work across the Tri-County area and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential program operations and staff training.
• Supervise Direct Support staff, conduct interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain budgetary controls and ensure quality living standards.
• Coordinate medical appointments and document case notes in EHR.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and manage scheduling.
• Plan activities and ensure adequate staffing and compliance.
