Job summary

PathWays is seeking Residential Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism live independently with dignity. You will support daily living, build routines, teach life skills, and provide dependable, compassionate care in our residential homes.

Starting rate is $18/hour, with NADSP certifications potentially increasing to $24/hour. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, paid trainings, a free Employee Assistance Program, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of direct care experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and keep it valid.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Up-to-date Criminal Background Checks; assistance available to obtain them.
• Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing).
• Meal prep and kitchen activities.
• Medication administration and medical appointments.
• Plan and participate in community outings and day trips.
• Build routines, teach skills, and foster independence and confidence.
