Qualifications

• Candidates must have related or direct experience working with the community we serve.
• Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks.

Responsibilities

• Promotes optimal health for individuals through routine and emergency health care.
• Assists with all hands-on direct care including personal hygiene.
• Ensures residential environments are safe and secure.

Skills

Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or an associate degree in a related field

HS diploma with five years of related work experience

Tools

Valid Driver's License

Valid MAP certification (preferred)
