Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2+ years of related engineering experience
- Office and field work capability
- Travel up to 20% in North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution and commissioning of renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System projects
- Serve as technical resource for customers and coordinate with internal teams
- Coordinate installation, startup, testing and commissioning activities for control systems
- Develop and track project schedules and commissioning plans
- Communicate project status, risks, and resource needs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimize resources
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and knowledge sharing
- Partner with customers, contractors and internal teams to develop solutions
- Contribute to development and maintenance of project documentation
- Support safety, quality and continuous improvement across projects
