Job summary

Synapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC is seeking Energetic and highly organized Speech-Language Teletherapy Facilitators to join our Memphis, TN team for the 2026-2027 school year. Facilitators assist students with teletherapy login and help maintain focus so therapists can deliver treatment.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; a valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to drive between school locations are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Background check clearance required.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving & communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit and stand during shift.
• Provide own transportation; school setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in logging into virtual therapy sessions and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor therapy environment to ensure students are ready and engaged.
• Collaborate with SLPs to reschedule sessions as needed.
