Responsibilities

• Process tasks in medical management and CRM systems following procedures.
• Handle registration requests in collaboration with care teams.
• Answer and route phone inquiries professionally.
• Perform outbound outreach to obtain medical documentation.
• Respond to beneficiary, provider, and staff requests using standard processes.
• Support leadership by coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Comply with HIPAA to protect PII/PHI.
• Identify and resolve daily workflow barriers.
• Foster cross-functional communication and work independently when needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
