Job summary

RegenAll in Lancaster County, PA seeks an energetic Agricultural Programs Manager to turn climate resilience planning into tangible local action. Hybrid, part-time role coordinating hands-on programs with regenerative farmers and volunteers, connecting residents to sustainable local agriculture.

You will manage field trips, map regenerative farms, support grants, and represent RegenAll at regional events while building partnerships across Lancaster and York counties.

Qualifications

• Background in regenerative agriculture and climate resilience.
• Experience tracking budgets and event costs.
• Familiarity with regional food security policy and governance bodies.
• Ability to engage diverse agricultural communities in Lancaster County.
• Proven ability to coordinate outdoor event logistics and volunteer field days.
• Independent, proactive work style with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support food security component and coordinate discussions with agricultural partners regarding climate impacts.
• Maintain ArcGIS map of regenerative farms and community gardens in Lancaster County.
• Design and execute three seasonal educational field trips as revenue-generating public events.
• Identify and manage at least three farmer-driven volunteer projects per year.
• Collaborate with Events and Development Coordinator on outreach and public events.
• Identify and scope priority workstream projects and assist with grant proposals and partner agreements.
• Represent RegenAll at the Climate Summit, public forums, and regional events.
• Feed program updates and impact stories into RegenAll’s newsletters, blog, and social media.
• Attend Core Team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Partner with the Executive Director on strategic initiatives and special projects.
