The Housing Project Manager - Re-Entry plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating housing initiatives designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. This position is responsible for ensuring that housing projects are effectively planned, implemented, and managed to provide safe, stable, and supportive living environments that promote successful re-entry outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
