Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience working in education, job training, youth programming, or a related field.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mission-centric programming activities and mentorship.
• Serve as a liaison for volunteers and mentors.
• Manage programs ensuring inclusion of a variety of activities.

Skills

Experience working with diverse populations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Human Development, Psychology or a related field
