Rite of Passage in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Recreation Manager for Les Peters Academy, a residential program for female youth. You will lead daily recreational activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Requirements include a BA/BS in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of Positive Operation Culture, and proven leadership to inspire staff and students.

• Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
• Leadership ability is necessary to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
