Job summary

Skill Builders ABA in Utah seeks caring, reliable Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by experienced BCBAs.

You will collect session data, collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, and bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session; prior ABA experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
