Job summary

Skill Builders ABA, LLC in Utah is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will work with children under treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs and help them build real-life skills and confidence.

We train you to collect session data, collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA, and bring positivity and patience to every session.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children (ABA experience a plus).
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
