Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and in-person settings. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes while collaborating with the team.

Candidates must have RBT certification, experience with autism, and access to reliable transportation. A valid state ID and background check are required. Flexible hours with potential for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation and vehicle for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25% to various locations.
