Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and document session notes in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Up to 25% travel.
