Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings. You will implement treatment plans created by the supervisor BCBA and maintain data and session notes.

You will collaborate with team members, participate in trainings, and must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations. A criminal background check is required and RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
