PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, record progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification and a HS diploma; a BA/BS in Psychology or Education is

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
