Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Clarkrange, Tennessee. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. The role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
