Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 support with children in home, school, or community settings in Tennessee. Part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and health insurance for full-time

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is preferred; high school diploma is required.
• Reliability and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
