Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT for part-time in-home and community settings in Tennessee. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, track progress with data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Opportunity for growth into full-time as caseloads expand; includes mentor-ship and professional development in a supportive ABA environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare or related fields.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
